Natalie Murray

Hi! My name is Natalie (Simmins) Murray and I am so excited to be part of the Slifer, Smith & Frampton Real Estate family. I recently came from Summit Real Estate in Dillon Colorado, where I worked as the Operations Manager for the last 2 years. With over 15 years management experience, my expertise lies in attention to detail and organization. The time has come to put my experience and desire to help others to work for you - the client.   By careful planning and strategy, I'm confident our team can deliver the best possible outcome for your transaction.

My introduction to real estate came during college in Grand Junction, and that experience has always stayed with me. I loved sharing in the excitement of buyers finding that "just right property" and sellers realizing their dreams of "what's next". Having grown up in Steamboat Springs and being a 4th generation Colorado native, I understand the joy of living, working and playing in the mountains! With a thoughtful approach, you can achieve it all. Whether you are ready to make Eagle County your primary residence, looking to own a slice of heaven retreat, or it's time to move on to your next adventure, I will take care of all the research and details to make the buying and selling experience as rewarding as the living experience!

Slifer Smith & Frampton has been the proven leader in Vail Valley real estate for decades, listing and selling more property than any other real estate firm, maintaining leading market share in most neighborhoods. As a client, you will have the unique advantage of receiving the most up-to-date information on the entire market including new listings and projects. At Slifer Smith and Frampton we have a dedicated team of management, IT support, a cutting edge marketing team, and an individual closing representative that helps me make YOUR closing my most important closing!

Go ahead, Dare to Dream! I did! I look forward to introducing you to our wonderful professional family here so we can help you fulfill those dreams.

"I used Natalie to purchase my now home in Eagle county. She came recommended and I can see why, she was amazing! I work long hours and was away from where I wanted to move most of the time so it was crucial that my realtor was able to do a lot of leg work for me and Natalie did everything I needed, as soon as I needed it. When I first started my search she had a LOT of options for me to see and spent most of the days with me seeing each one, I really felt like she was as invested as I was, and made sure to be honest with each place, even if it was a not-so-great opinion.

We had an original place under contract, but due to it not being funded properly the entire project was scrubbed and needless to say, I was bummed. But Natalie didn't miss a beat and since she had so many options for me and we had seen so many we had my now home under contract within days, no harm done, and it's been perfect.

I have to say, she was invaluable to me with my limits on time and knowledge. Buying a home is an intricate process with many layers and steps and I got overwhelmed thinking about it. She did 99% of all the work and made it much easier than I thought it to be. She worked with the contractor, my bank, the title company... everything. If I had to make a call or have an appointment she was always a part of it or went so far as to do it herself, and then she would dumb it down for me and tell me what everything that didn't make sense to actually meant and what I needed to do next. When all was said and done I couldn't believe how easily it all came together, that was all her. I didn't feel like I did much more than go look at great places to live and pick one. She even called it early on which house I eventually chose!

She even helped me find furniture for my new place as well as find rental properties for my friends that aren't quite ready to purchase, well above and beyond what her job responsibilities are, she gets nothing extra for doing that.

She remains a great friend, she has a great personal touch. I would recommend her to anybody interested in looking to buy a home or even just wondering if it's a possibility."
